Travel SIM card Settings Installation process, APN settings
This page is for physical SIM card settings. Please refer to the following link for eSIM activation instructions.
To use 4G internet with SIM cards, you need to set Access Point Name (APN) on your devices. General instruction is below. APN setup procedures slightly differ depending on your models of phone or phone companies.
For Android phones and your own pocket WiFi devices, we suggest to double-check APN setup procedures with your phone company. For iOS devices, you can simply install APN profile as described below.
Setup procedures
This setting is needed for Data transfer
- *If you were asked for the SIM card PIN code, the initial value is "0000".
- *The phone MUST be restarted after all the settings has been done.
However, the first time connect to our server may not be available from 10 PM Tuesday - 10 AM Wednesday due to our system maintenance. Please start SIM card setting process after the above time.

Go to “Settings” and Press “Cellular” (or “Mobile Data”) to proceed

Select “Cellular Data Network”

Edit APN Values according to instruction for all 3 sections (all values must be in small letters)

Check the values and restart your phone
- *APN values are entered in small letter (in 3 sections)
- *If you were asked for the SIM card PIN code, the initial value is "0000".

From “Settings”, select “Network &Internet” and check the Airplane mode is OFF

Select Mobile Networks

Select “Access Point Name”

Create New APN

Edit APN Values according to instructions (all values must be in small letters)

Save APN

Select newly created APN, and restart your phone. When connected, 3G/H+/LTE icon and Signal Bar will be displayed

- *Auth. type is set to “PAP or CHAP”. if it is not available, please try each auth type (CHAP only and PAP only).
