Returning devices
1. PACK
Put your rental device and all other peripherals into supplied return envelope.
No postage is required for the supplied return envelope
- *For SIM card, please follow the return instrcutions on the termination form. Although SIM card return is required and you have to pay for the postage, but there is no deadline for returning and we not charge any extra fee for returning it late.
2. DROP
Drop it into any postbox in Japan.
Postboxes are available at:
- All major airports in Japan. Please check airport postbox locations listed in the next section.
- Many convenience stores (All Lawson convenience store).
Airport Postbox locations
Every airport post office has a postbox. Also, there are some postboxes in other locations, often in departure lobby.
There is no postbox or post office in restricted area (areas after security check / passport control). Please return the package before proceeding to security check.
