Place order at least 3 days prior to your pick up date. Please book earlier as possible so that we can make sure that your order is delivered. You can change the shipping address / date anytime if it is before 3 days prior to your pick up date.
We ship according to your pick up date. Your item will be delivered a night before you arrive at your pick up place. Usually, we ship 3 days prior to your pick up date.
Pick up at your desired place. You can pick it up at various places in Japan including Airport / hotel / local post offices / residential addresses.
To return, simply drop the package into mailboxes. Package includes prepaid return envelope. Please drop it before midnight of your return date.
Sakura Mobile has pick-up available at Narita, Haneda, Kansai International Airport counters. You can get connected right after arrival. Please check Airport counters hours.
We ship to any hotels within Japan. You can receive and start using it when you check in.
You may stop by our offices in Shinjuku / Shibuya / Zama Atsugi / Iwakuni.
We deliver to residential addresses such as AirBnB, Friend's house, or similar vacation rental services. For these type of accomondations, residence name / in case of name / room number is required to ensure delivery.
