Ordering
Order
Book as early as possible. You can update the shipping address or date up to 3 days before your pickup date.
Shipment
We ship your order based on your pickup date, ensuring delivery the night before your arrival.
Pick up
Pick up is available across Japan, including airports, hotels, local post offices, and residential addresses.
Return
The Pocket WiFi package includes a prepaid return envelope. Drop it in a Japan Post mailbox by midnight on your return date.
Pickup locations
Airport
Pick up your order at Narita, Haneda, Kansai, or Fukuoka International Airport. Check airport counter hours for operating times.
Hotel
We ship to any hotel in Japan, so you can receive it and start using it when check-in.
Our Office
Visit our offices in Shinjuku, Shibuya, Fussa, or Iwakuni to place or pick up orders.
Residence
We deliver to residential addresses, including AirBnBs, friends’ homes, or rentals. Residence name and room number are required.
Returning Devices
Pack
Place the rental device and all peripherals into the provided return envelope. No postage is needed for the envelope.
Drop
Drop it into any Japan Post mailbox. Check the Return page below for airport mailbox locations.
